The creative masterminds behind Æblerov are changing the way that we see cider-- blurring the lines between cider, beer and wine. Come learn more about wild cider and fruit pet-nat in a night of fermented fruits, stories and the finest that Brus' kitchen has to offer, with a food pairing to enhance each sip.

The tasting will be led by the "Apple Thieves" (Æblerov in Danish) themselves and they'll walk you through the history of the company, the process behind the production, and the secrets hidden within each bottle.

We'll be tasting:

*** Cox I Pæren 2021 -- Their signature cider - The taste of Æblerov. 65% apples, 25 pears% & 10% quince. 

*** Frankofil -- Frankofil is their nordic hommage to the oxidative french cider style. 50% cider apple varieties and 50% eating apple varieties. Funky, bretty but still acidic and energetic.

*** Cox i 2kaj -- Grape & apple sparkling wine fermented in very old Hungarian Tokaj barrels. Cox i 2kaj consists of 90% of the best danish Holsteiner Cox apples we could find along with 10% italian chardonnay grapes. This gives a super lean and precise wine/cider hybrid that has been pleasantly rounded off by the barrel-aging. One of Æblerov's most serious ciders to date!

*** Pêchillant 2021 -- The 2021 Pêchillant vintage is a beautiful combination of apples, peaches, raspberries and a bit of wild ale from Baghaven.
